Deepika Padukone is in the news again but this time not for
any political reason but for all the right reasons,She has shared
a recent video on her official Deepika Padukone Facebook account
where she can be seen doing a survey and started a new campaign
“Won’t Buy Won’t Sell | A Chhapaak Social Experiment” with
bunch of peoples who goes to local shop to purchase acid.In this
video camera and mic has been setup to people who is going to
make purchase for Acid and complete video is being made.
While Deepika can be seen monitoring the whole instance how
things shape up when someone goes to local shop to buy an Acid.
You will be surprised to know the purchasee didn’t even ask for any
Voter ID except a vendor who didn’t sell the acid without the ID card
even after insisting.

There were some fictional characters in this videos like Husband,College Student,Housewife and Street Goon,Plumber and Businessman.
Every character goes to a shop and ask for the Acid,Its surprising the vendor didn’t inquire anything and Deepika and her team managed to collect 24 bottles of Acid.
According to SC rules,Acid can not be sent directly to the buyer without proper inquiry.
Below are the rules which should be followed :-
- The buyer age should be above than 18.
- Photo Id proof is must have.
- Address Proof should be provided.
- Seller Must have a license to sell.
- Seller must report the sale to police post completion of sale.
Its a shame and surprising aswell that none of the above mentioned rule was followed.
Deepika on the other hand is surprised to know how a dangerous thing like Acid being sold normally.
Deepika has been in controversy for her JNU visit and her visit is
being related to her movie and many of the people has boycotted
the movie.Moreover the IMDB rating of the movie has dropped to
4.4 While on the other hand Ajay Devgn’s film Tanhaji : The Unsung Warrior is going strong and has a IMDB rating of 8.8 .
